Women in tech community

Kathmandu has a growing community of women moving into engineering, and the biggest gap is rarely technical — it is access to people who have already walked the path.

I help run meetups, speak about performance and architecture, and sit with attendees afterwards to review portfolios and prepare for interviews.

Several attendees have since landed their first engineering roles, which is by far the best outcome of this work.
